It is a simple truth, yet a painful one, that countless young people are brimming with talent and ideas, but remain unseen, unheard, and unsupported. Their potential is too often stifled by circumstances of poverty, lack of opportunity, and the absence of trust. Because I wanted to unlock this potential and create spaces where young people could lead meaningful change, I decided to found SENZA.
The creation of SENZA’s objective is to empower young people — especially those in underserved communities — to step into their potential as innovators, leaders, and changemakers. Our mission is to provide them with opportunities to discover their potential, develop real-world skills, and take action in ways that uplift their communities and improve their futures.
We seek to make education practical, to transform knowledge into enterprise, and to nurture creativity as a tool for resilience. Whenever possible, we support young people within their own communities, strengthening families and local networks while planting seeds of sustainable change. Where support structures are absent, we work to create new environments that give young people security, mentorship, and belonging.
It is our intent not only to reduce the weight of poverty and lost opportunity, but to ignite a spirit of possibility that can ripple across generations. SENZA stands for the conviction that youth are not problems to be solved but partners in creating a better future.
