They share a common mission: to empower young people to become active, responsible, and visionary leaders in their communities. WILD, in particular, places a strong emphasis on leadership development.
Flavor, Preservation and Opportunity
As part of our March training in Solwezi, youths learned how to prepare smoked chicken -- a method that enhances flavour while extending shelf life. This skill offers a practical way to add value to poultry and create new income opportunities in local markets.
